摘要 采用三种预合金粉末HFl、HF2、HF3混合作为锯片胎体材料,共设计了8种不同配方的金刚石小锯片进行干切花岗岩的试验,实现了金刚石小锯片在工作层高度范围内从开始到寿命结束全过程干切花岗岩。本文探讨了几种预合金胎体中金刚石参数设计的合理范围,分析了预合金粉末胎体对于干式切割锯片的作用。研究发现,铁基、铜基预合金胎体对金刚石能产生一定的冶金,能够提高胎体对金刚石的把持能力,使锯片在干切过程中,金刚石能够正常有效地刻取岩石。并对同一锯片做了干湿切对比,结果表明对于小尺寸金刚石锯片,干切的寿命明显高于湿切寿命,提高了锯片的利用价值。(金刚石与磨料磨具工程2009年第一期)
Abstract Pre-alloyed powder HF1/HF2 andHF3 were used to make matrix of diamond saw blade. Eight different kinds of matrix formulas were designed for dry cutting experiment of granite. Rational ranges of diamond parameter in some pre-alloyed powder matrixes were discussed and the effect of pre-alloyed powder matrix on the saw blades for dry cutting was analyzed in the paper. The research results showed that iron and copper pre-alloyed powder can generate metallurgical bonding with diamond grits,thus improve the holding ability to diamonds. When dry cutting diamond can be used well and effectively. The same diamond saw blade was used to do the contrast test under dry and wet conditions. The results showed that, for small diameter diamond saw blade the life is longer in the dry-cutting than wet thus can improve the value in use obviously.
