摘要 本文研究了球状石墨的粉压成型特性。在国产SPD6 X 1200型六面顶高温高压设备上,分别以鳞片石墨和球状石墨(均为400目)为碳源,以铁基粉末触媒为原料,在压力5.5GPa,温度1400oC左右,合成时间300s的条件下合成出了优质金刚石单晶。通过球状石墨与鳞片状石墨生长的金刚石的对比,说明了球状石墨一铁基触媒体系生长金刚石的特点。结果表明球状石墨也可以用来合成优质磨料级金刚石单晶,但合成温度要比用片状石墨时高100oC左右,合成的金刚石粒度较鳞片石墨合成的金刚石粒度稍粗。(金刚石与磨料磨具工程2009年第二期)
Abstract In this research,high quality diamonds were synthesized in a China—made cubic high—pressure apparatus(CHPA)(SPD一6 1 200)at 5.5 GPa and 1 400oC for 300 s.Natural spectroscopically pure scalelike graphite powder(400 mesh)and spherical graphite(400 mesh)were used respectively as carbon source,Fe—based alloy powder(75чm)was used as solvent—catalyst.The results based on the comparison and analysis indicated that high quality diamonds can also be synthesized from spherical graphite,but the temperature temperature condition of synthesis from spherical graphite was 1 00oC higher than that from scalelike graphite.Size of synthetic diamond from spherical graphite was coarser than that from scalelike graphite.
